Our Team

Paula serves as Hospitality Director, leading our hospitality team and managing all the details that make our guests’ experiences exquisite including interiors, aesthetics and design.

Paula was born and raised in Galicia, a northern region off the coast of Spain. After moving nonstop for years around the globe, she made Tennessee her permanent home 11 years ago. In her time at Onsite, she has furthered attention to detail and service by equipping her incredible hospitality team with policies and procedures for a more efficient department. In addition, she has elevated the design of our spaces and put a heavy focus on making our campus a warming, welcoming environment with an emphasis on special touches.
