Join us for a weekend of celebration, connection, and community in honor of Milestones’ 10th anniversary.
Throughout the weekend, we’ll be hosting events for Milestones alums, our beloved mental health professional community, and friends of the organization to come together, share stories, and reconnect to the magic of Milestones. We hope that you’ll walk away from this weekend encouraged and equipped to carry on your journey of hope and healing.

Join us for an afternoon on campus to experience tranquility in the heart of Tennessee. Get to know our world-class clinical team, experience our signature healing hospitality, and tour our boutique accommodations.

Friends and Family Celebration
Friday, October 25th, 6 PM-9 PM
Nashville, TN | Onsite Wellness House
Start the weekend right with us at Onsite Wellness House! In true Nashville spirit, join us for a western-themed evening complete with food, storytelling, music, and a few surprises. This evening is open to Milestone’s alums and mental health professionals.

Alum Experience | Day 1
Saturday, October 26th, 9 AM-5 PM
Cumberland Furnace, TN | Milestones
Dive back into your Milestones experience with this alum-only gathering. Throughout the day, you’ll be invited to reconnect to fellow alum, engage in group workshops, and partake in holistic wellness activities. Brave the cold plunge, be soothed by a sound bath, and learn alongside a four-legged friend in a guided equine experience. In addition to the optional structured activities, you’ll also have downtime to reconnect with fellow alums, disconnect from your everyday life, and take a moment to invest in your continued healing.
*For those staying in Nashville, a shuttle will be available at the Element Hotel at 7:45

Alum Experience | Day 2
Sunday, October 27th, 9 AM-12 PM
Nashville, TN | Onsite Wellness House
To wrap up our time together, join us back at Onsite Wellness House for restorative yoga, brunch, and a commencement ceremony.

All of these events are free for our Milestones community. In lieu of payment, we ask you to consider making a donation to the Onsite Foundation. The Onsite Foundation exists to ensure that all persons affected by trauma, abuse, stress, or mental health issues receive the gift of emotional freedom.
Your registration secures your spot for that specific event. If you wish to attend multiple events throughout the weekend, please ensure you register for them each individually.
Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are no longer able to attend any of the events you register for, please let us know by emailing hello@experiencemilestones.com so that we can give your space to someone on our waiting list.
If you are traveling from out of town, a limited block of rooms will be available at Element Nashville Vanderbilt West End located at 4 City Blvd, Nashville.
