Heather Schnoebelen
Vice President of Clinical Services
Leading Onsite’s clinical division, Heather is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor, a Clinical Addiction Specialist, and a Certified Trauma Therapist. She completed a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University. With nearly 20 years in the treatment industry, her clinical experience includes direct client care and executive leadership roles at inpatient, outpatient, and wilderness therapy programs.
Heather has been a part of developing, designing, and opening five dual-diagnosis and trauma-informed behavioral health substance use programs. Her clinical expertise includes working with the LGBTQ+ community, trauma, mental health, substance use disorders, spirituality, anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. Her clinical approach is person-centered, holistic, and humanistic, utilizing evidence-based experiential interventions to support the growth of individuals.
Crystal Nero
Clinical Director
Crystal Nero, LCMHC has worked as mental health therapist in the prison system in Chicago, wilderness therapy in North Carolina and now owns a group practice. Crystal currently serves as Onsite’s Clinical Director and is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS), and trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and EMDR.
Megan Repass
Equine and Adventure Therapy Director
Megan is the Director of Onsite’s Equine and Adventure Program. She has over 14 years in the mental health field and has held roles as an Outdoor Educator, Program Director, and Therapist. She received her Master’s degree in Psychology from Lipscomb University, where she is currently an adjunct faculty member in their graduate school. She is a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor, Certified Equine, Wilderness and Adventure Therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Wilderness First Responder.
Megan incorporates EMDR, IFS, Psychodrama, and Experiential modalities into her work. She skillfully blends her experience as an Outdoor Educator and Backcountry Guide, with her training as a trauma therapist, affording her ability to curate outdoor experiences tailored to the participant’s individual needs while maintaining safety. Along with her ability to support those on their healing journey from trauma or addiction, she also has training in spiritual care and works with clients who have experienced hurt in religious settings or are seeking a greater sense of connection and purpose in life.
Carlos Martinez
Lead Clinician
Carlos Martinez, M.Div., MSMHC, LPC, ACS, CET-II, serves as a Lead Clinician at Onsite. He has worked in the helping profession and human-services field for close to 20 years, working as a pastor, chaplain, crisis screener at a hospital, in community mental health care as a therapist, counselor at a drug and alcohol intensive outpatient program, manager for a mental health intensive outpatient program, and an adjunct professor.
Before coming to Onsite, Carlos was an assistant director of counseling at Stockton University and an adjunct professor in the arts and humanities department. He also worked as the program manager for a mental health intensive outpatient program in Cape May County, NJ. At Onsite, he leads participant workshops on topics like trauma, healthy sexuality and relationships, intimacy, and connecting with the self. He also helps curate the experiential programs for Onsite and helps lead and recruit their team of therapists from all over the world.
Carlos earned his master of divinity (with biblical languages) from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He earned his master of science in mental health counseling from Walden University and is a licensed professional counselor. He is also an approved clinical supervisor and a level II certified experiential therapist. He has experience working with people in both group and individual settings who have struggled with trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, grief and loss, childhood abuse, incest, and sexual assault.
Dawn Zurlinden
Clinical Intensive Therapist
Dawn has devoted more than 20 years to helping people needing emotional healing and serves as Clinical Intensive Therapist. She specializes in recovery from trauma, anxiety, dysfunctional family histories, compulsive behaviors, and loss of spirituality. In addition to her own methods, she draws from a host of approaches, such as brainspotting, EMDR, somatic, experiential, and expressive therapies, and therapeutic ceremonies.
Dawn received a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee. She has also studied with cutting-edge innovators including David Grand, Peter Levine, Patrick Carnes, Tian Dayton, and Don Miguel Ruiz. Dawn applies her personal experiences facing challenges on her journey to promote optimism and self-compassion toward healing and personal authenticity.

Ryan Bloch-Snodgrass
Clinical Supervisor
Ryan Bloch-Snodgrass, LMFT, LPCC, joined the clinical team as Clinical Supervisor on Onsite’s California campus. Ryan has extensive experience in the field of mental health. Most recently, she served four and a half years at Northbound Treatment as Clinical Director and Trauma Program Manager. Her work also led her to spend time at multiple organizations in Africa, supporting trauma survivors in their recovery and aiding community development. In addition, she has done extensive research and given presentations on the impact of meditation on several biological and psychological factors for individuals with HIV.
Ryan decided to join the Onsite team after experiencing a Living Centered Program. She believes the program format, modalities, and offerings speak to what most aligns with her and the work she loves to do.
