Holistic healing
Milestones offers a one-of-a-kind, residential trauma treatment experience.

When the weight of the world is too much
We all encounter pain and adversity. Sometimes, the weight of past trauma piles up, and life feels too heavy to carry alone.
When your burdens become overwhelming, Milestones provides a sanctuary—a trusted place to unpack your past, make sense of your present, and re-envision the future you want to live.
A legacy of healing
Milestones began in 2014 as an expansion of the work of Onsite, world-renowned for workshops and therapeutic intensives. For over 45 years, Onsite, and now Milestones, has designed and delivered transformational experiences that optimize life and build meaning and value into the human experience.
An experience built for you
During your 30 to 90-day stay, our program is tailored to your goals, strengths, and needs. From orientation to aftercare planning, your entire journey at Milestones is intentionally curated to help you find sustained health.
Your story is unique; your treatment should be, too. Our holistic team of medical, clinical, and client care professionals work collaboratively to guide you toward transformational growth and healing.

During your program you’ll experience:
Amanda Morrow
Clinical Supervisor
Amanda Morrow, MS, serves as the Milestones’ Clinical Supervisor. Amanda previously served as a Primary Therapist for the residents of Milestones, Onsite’s Residential Trauma Program. In this role, Amanda had the honor of walking with clients as they explore the depths of their pain and helps equip them to walk through that pain towards healing.
Before coming to Onsite, Amanda worked as a therapist in a residential treatment center that dealt with addiction, mental health, and traumas. In addition, she also worked as a psychoeducational therapist in an outpatient treatment center for adolescent males. After attending Psychodrama and Experiential Training Institute programs for mental health professionals on our campus, Amanda left hoping to work at Onsite. She longed to work for a program that integrated experiential modalities to treat individuals holistically.
Amelia Baldwin
Executive Director, Milestones
In her role as Executive Director, Milestones she helps individuals, families, and professionals identify the next right step in their healing journey, whether that is at one of our programs or another facility. Amelia’s broad exposure and various roles at Onsite have provided her with a strong perspective and understanding that every role at Onsite is integral to the holistic client experience and the success of the organization.
In her thirteen years with Onsite, she has served as Finance & HR Director, Admissions Specialist, Director of Admissions, VP of Admissions, VP of Operations, and Interim COO. In her most recent operations roles, Amelia led a large, expansive campus project, including the construction of three new buildings, all while bringing them in on time and under budget!

Let’s do the work, together
We offer a variety of therapeutic modalities carefully curated to address unique needs and provide a transformative experience.
Experiential Therapy
Experiential therapy may be used to treat everything from everyday struggles to trauma to grief and loss; it is also regularly used as a component of substance abuse treatment. A fundamental premise of experiential therapy is that one’s perception determines one’s behavior. By harnessing various types of creative expression to re-experience and release negative emotions, the client may experience positive feelings such as love, forgiveness, and calm in the present. Examples of experiential therapy include animal-assisted therapy, play therapy, art therapy, music therapy, drama therapy, and wilderness therapy.
Group Therapy
Group psychotherapy or group therapy is a form of psychotherapy in which one or more therapists treat a small group of clients together as a group. The term refers to any form of psychotherapy when delivered in a group format, but it is usually applied to psychodynamic group therapy where the group context and group process is explicitly utilized as a mechanism of change by developing, exploring and examining interpersonal relationships within the group.
